Vaccine Policy

All of our guests must be current on vaccines as well as a fecal test for intestinal parasites. All of our guests must also be on monthly flea prevention. It is your responsibility to provide medical records affirming current vaccine status when dropping off your pet. There are many animal hospitals that will only release records to the pet owner. Therefore it is not always possible for us to get the records for your pet. It is best if you provide records at drop off.


Feeding Policy

We feed only a high quality prescription diet to all of our guests. This diet reduces the incidence of diarrhea while boarding. This diet is included in our boarding prices. However, if your pet is on a special diet that you would like to provide during boarding, there are a few rules that we have.

1. Each meal portion must be in an individual plastic bag.
2. Each bag must be labeled with your pet’s name
.


Bath Policy

Boarding and playtime can sometimes leave a pet in need of a bath. We insist on all of our boarders going home clean and smelling great. It is our policy that all boarders receive a bath prior to discharge. Our boarding menu allows you to pick from several different baths to meet your pet's needs.


Boarding Discharge Policy

We are proud to offer extended hours for you to pick your pet up from boarding, as well as offering Satruday and Sunday evening pick ups. We are the only clinic in the area which offers Saturday and Sunday pick up. You must make special arrangements to pick your pet up on Saturday and Sunday. If this is a service that you are interested in, speak with a client service rep about Saturday and Sunday pick up.


Holiday Reservation Deposit Policy

Camp JCVC is very proud to have so many visitors during the holidays. As of 2009 we have implemented a $50.00 deposit to hold each pet’s reservation.

This deposit will go toward the balance of your pet’s stay with us. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we do require 72 hours’ (3 days) notice for a full refund of your deposit.

If the office is not contacted or the reservation is cancelled after the 72 hours, the deposit is completely non-refundable.
