Downloading Problems

Depending upon the browser that you use, you may have difficulty downloading some files. If you don't see one of our forms displayed as you would expect, there are 2 additional ways to access this form:

1) Right click the word 'here' and select 'Save Target As' and a disk file on you machine. That file can then be opened with Acrobat Reader and printed.

2) Go to the tab 'JCVC Forms' and click on the file there. Some browsers get it right from this page even if they don't get it right from the other page since the page is just a file list.
