My dog deserves the best and that's John's Creek! My sweet dog Bella has had everything from her first checkup to knee surgery (this year) at John's Creek. They truly care about her health and well being. In addition, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they make sure that I understand what I need to do at home to keep Bella healthy! Johns creek is wonderfull Experts and Life Savers: My family has used Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic for several years and have always been pleased. Dr. Kim and Beth (tech) are always great and thorough in their examinations of our dogs Jasper and Josie. When entering the front door I am always greeted with smiles and Hello Mrs/Mr O. I highly recommend Johns Creek Vet. Like family. . . We discovered Johns Creek Vet Clinic when our outdoor cat was attacked a few years ago. It was after 6:00pm, and most places were closed. Fortunately for us and Cleo, JCVC was open. Dr. Hargett calmed us by letting us know that they would take good care of her and they did! We have just recently added a new puppy to our family. During her spay, Dr. Hargett took every precaution to ensure that Charlie Girl would be fine. Drs. Hargett and their staff treat each pet as if they were their own. We love them! Free Coffee Friendly Staff Great clean atmosphere. This clinic not only has the most friendly customer service, but also offers premium coffee while visiting. I would recommend them to anyone!!!! A Gem In Johns Creek I just had to let the pet lovers of the world know of my great experience at at my new vet in Johns Creek, GA!! I have a NOT so friendly kitty that was in need of attention for a lump under her skin. Well, the very helpful staff at Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic came to my rescue. I feel my pet received "Top Notch" care. From the time I walked in the door until the time I checked out, we were treated like family. Thank you so much Dr Lorie Hargett! My cat thanks you too. You have a very caring and helpful staff. You have a client for LIFE! Great Service and Care! The doctors and staff are so wonderful and caring! They really go the extra mile to care for all their "patients". WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CLIENTS My family and I have an 11 year old golden retriever, that weighs about 75lbs and was having trouble breathing. We called up Johns Creek Vet Clinic (as of yet we were not clients there) and asked if they could helpus get our pet to their facility because he was in need of immediate help. I was home alone and physically could NOT pickup my dog. When I explainedmy situation to the secretary, she was extremely polite and asked if I would holdwhile she would see what she could do. After waiting for couple minutes the secretary picked up and informed me that a technician would be right over to help. After giving her my address with in 15minutes not only was a technician knocking on my door, but so was the doctor. He wanted to be there in case my pet needed immediate help. Because of the length this clinic went through to ensure my pets health, I don't think I could ever go to a different clinic. My pet now is healthy and happy thanks to this wonderful clinic. I can't thank them enough for their kindness towards my pets and towards my family. They truly are one of a kind and I'm so happy to have found them. My four legged kids are lucky! I have everything from lizards to dogs and they all get the best care. Every doc specializes in something different which makes their medical team unique. Their support staff is always kind and professional. Very caring vets and staff On April 26 we had to place our almost 10 year old baby eskimo spitz in the hospital at Johns Creek with renal failure. On April 27th our beloved 18 year old eskimo spitz took a turn for the worse and we had to part with her on the 28th. I, Linda, picked up her ashes today. We continue to work with the doctors and staff at Johns Creek to try to stabilize our younger one Crisi. The kindness and care that we have been shown by Dr. Chad Hargett, Dr. Lorie Gibbs-Hargett, Dr. Arlene Kim, Brianna, and many others is unbelievable. Thank you very much, Lee, Linda, "Suzy", Crisi & Petey I chose Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic because they are an avian vet. We brought in our parakeet ’Baby’ to see Dr. Kim. Baby had been injured on her leg and we were so afraid the leg would need to be amputated. Dr. Kim reassured us that with time, she would probably adapt to the injury. She gave us pain meds for Baby and advised us to come back in 2 weeks. She also recommended that we look into another brand of food for Baby as she was a bit on the heavy side. There was no pressure to rush her treatment until we observed her first. I am so thankful for having someone available to examine Baby and am so happy to report her leg is almost back as good as new and with time, it should be. I just wanted to thank you and your entire staff for seeing Oscar so quickly on Saturday. He is doing well. Yesterday while sunbathing with me he shed a huge peice of skin off of his eye and now it looks back to normal. He wants to thank you too. Thanks again, Little Foot is my African Fat Tail Gecko, I have had him for about 5 years and am very attached. He recently swallowed a very large piece of coconut bark when diving for a cricket. I have been so stressed thinking that there was no way that piece of bark would pass through my little baby. I could feel it slowly moving down his body. My family like so many others in these hard times did not know how we could afford the prices of an exotic veterinary, but animals are like our children, we will make a way! I must have called 8 vets and they all said the same thing, bring him in and we will do some x-rays and go from there, a lot of times they will need surgery.
Thanks again for your professionalism, honesty, love of animals(it shows), and care! I don’t think you can ask for more than that when the health of our animals are in your hands. Four years ago, we started with one puppy (Brownie), the next year we added another puppy (Snickers) and two years ago, we rescued our wonderful Cindie! Needless to say, we are at the vet quite often. We are always greeted at the front desk promptly and friendly. They never get upset when our Brownie girl gets nervous upon entering the office and always has an “accident” on the floor! The vet techs are a great bunch – we know they love our dogs. They are gentle and caring and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend boarding at JCVC – their animal care technicians are wonderful. We know the dogs are in good hands when they are boarding. They genuinely care for each and every pet staying in the kennel. We most definitely recommend using JCVC for your veterinary needs – Drs. Dennis Ball I have been a loyal client to Johns Creek Vet Clinic for 5 1/2 years and would never consider going elsewhere. They are super caring, knowledgeable and make going to the vet a fun experience. My pets are happy to go and see them, which really makes me feel good. The staff is great and they always welcome in into the clinic. The wait time is usually none and I receive excellent care. (Even to my difficult kids) I trust the recommendations from any of the three vets there. Dr. Hargett, Dr. Lorie and Dr. Kim have always given me the best advice. They are patient and thorough. (And believe me, I ask a lot of questions.) I would recommend this clinic and the wonderful doctors and staff to any and everyone!! And I DO! I am so thankful to have found such a great vet. Its worth the drive for me. We've been bringing both our English Bulldogs to Johns Creek Vet Clinic since we got them over 2 years ago. The care and attention we receive is superb. The best answer I received was from aclinic that was going to be quite a drive for me. I ventured out to JOHNS CREEK VET CLINIC and I needed to let everyone know how happy I am that I did so. First of all it's the best smelling vet clinic I've ever walked into!! It's a converted house which added to my comfort. The receptionist at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked throughthe door. I felt silly bringing such a small pet to see a doctor. The clinic has a doctor that specializes in exotic animals and little hamsters too. Dr. Arlene Kim did a thorough examine on my buddy and offered suggestions on care. Everything she has told me has worked and I' ve even had to call back a few times. dr. Kim would return my call before the end of that business day. Big UP's to the staff and doctors at J.C.V.C. for Lovin' My Hamster!! All I can say is WOW!! I bring my beloved pitbull/boxer pup to Johns Creek and every time I go they let me in with open arms. The staff is so friendly and most importantly they take great care of my "baby". She loves it here and looks forward to coming. I gladly drive 45 minutes to this animal clinic jsut so my little "baby" has the best care. My husband and I have been taking our dog and cat to this clinic since the day we got them. We live in Mableton, and I have no problem driving to Johns Creek, because I know that my pets (which are like my kids) are getting the very best care available. He is always so happy to see the kennel staff. They know and love him as much as I do. They provide great care and individual attention. My mind is always at ease when I drop him off. The entire staff was great and took very good care of my baby girl (german shepard mix - 7 years old - not quite a baby, I know). She is normally not receptive of strangers but she was surprisingly great through the whole visit. I kept looking at her to make sure I had the right dog. I would recommend Johns Creek Vet Clinic to anyone. From the time I walked in to the time I left my dog and I felt like we were at home. The entire staff was friendly informative and very caring. What looks on the outside like a beautifully decorated sweet little home, on the inside is a full service veterinary clinic. They had everything I needed at an affordable price. I am very pleased!! :) I own a dog, a cat and some reptiles and I have finally found a vet office that can care for all of them! Dr Lorie has helped me tremendously with my German Shepherd's hip dysplasia. Dr Hargett diagnosed my cat with a disease that went undiagnosed for years with the other vet I was using. He finally is 100% better. Dr Kim has helped me tremendously with the tons of questions about my reptiles. The technicians are first rate! They have been very patient with my nervous kitty on several occasions. I came across this place by word of mouth from several of my co-workers and my doctor who has been going there for years. I love this vet. They are all just good people that love animals and fortunately dedicate themselves to high quality progressive medicine. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants excellent care for their pets and make some friends along the way.

Recently one of my pugs required knee surgery. Dr. Lori was wonderful explaining the procedure and after care to me in terms I could understand. She even gave my her home phone number in case I had any questions once we got home. My "baby" is doing terrific! Thank you Dr. Lori.
