At Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic, we have the tools to help accurately diagnose your pet's medical issues. We offer digital radiology and ultrasound.
With our diagnostic imaging capabilities, we are able to provide more immediate treatment options to help your pet feel better, faster.
Fast results from our in-house laboratory allow us to diagnose your pet's symptoms and begin treatment as soon as possible.
We also partner with leading labs to provide more expansive testing for our veterinary patients when needed. Our in-house pharmacy is stocked with a range of prescription diets and medications, providing us quick access to any treatments your pet may need without delay.
Along with our in-house laboratory, we are pleased to offer advanced diagnostics to allow our veterinarians to provide an accurate diagnosis of your pet's medical issues.
Radiography is safe, painless and non-invasive. It uses only very low doses of radiation. Because the level of radiation exposure required to perform radiography is very low, even pregnant females and very young pets can undergo this procedure. This technology can be used to diagnose conditions including broken bones, chronic arthritis, bladder stones, spinal cord diseases and some tumors.
With ultrasound imaging, we expose a specific area of the pet's body to high-frequency sound waves to produce images of the inside of the body. Because we capture ultrasound images in real-time, we can see the structure and movement of your pet's internal organs, as well as blood flowing through the blood vessels.
